Organic, traditional, hand-cranked shave ice made from exotic local fruit in season – like Mango, Passion Fruit and Dragon Fruit. No fluorescent, multi-flavoured sugary sweet syrups here; instead, the “fluffy” hand-cranked ice is mixed with fresh, local, organic fruit, local cane juice and condensed milk – the result is a delicious work of art!
