About the Truck
Italian comfort food from Chef Tony and wife, Geri, formerly of Casa Italiana (Lihue) and Pomodoro (Kalaheo) restaurant fame. Choose from an extensive menu of spaghetti, meatball subs, fettucine alfredo, calamari fritti, lasagna, and chicken or eggplant parmesan. The Borsettini is a local favorite of thin pasta “purses” stuffed with Porcini mushrooms in a sundried tomato cream sauce. Quiet, private, covered picnic eating area at the site of the old Kauai Athletic Club swimming pool in Lihue Executive Center across the street from Kukui Grove Mall. No credit cards, cash only.
