About the Truck
Kickshaw’s creates gourmet diner food with a twist. The term, science forward food, helps to describe the cuisine of Kickshaw’s food truck. Using sous vide cooking and other avant garde cooking techniques, chef Seth Peterson creates truly unique and delicious flavor combinations. Find Kickshaw’s at Warehouse 3540 in Lawai, Hanapepe Art Night, and Truck Stop Thursdays at the Beer Co.
