About the Truck
A family run food truck, by Pastor and Chef John and wife, Rhonda. They serve Puerto Rican and Caribbean cuisine at the weekly KCC Farmer’s Market in Puhi and monthly at the Beer Co. in Lihue. The beef, chicken and rice for their tacos, burritos, and Arroz con Gandules are all cooked in the sofrito (base sauce) a recipe John remembers from cooking with his father and grandmother.
