Serving the same delicious, authentic, Mexican food found in their restaurants around the Island, this food truck has a large menu and covered eating area just off the main highway next to Healthy Hut Market in Kilauea. In addition to local breakfast favorites they offer fish, carne asada, and al pastor Tacos, burritos, enchiladas, salads and so much more.
